PULAU Corporation, Orlando Florida, is proud to be a strategic partner of Lockheed Martin on the recently awarded Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP). The vision of ATMP is to provide integrated, one-stop, world-wide maintenance and sustainment for Army TADSS, Instrumentation Systems, and Instrumented Ranges. The ATMP contract will sustain over 200 types of TADSS located at approximately 600 sites worldwide, manned and unmanned, with a total TADSS fleet comprised of nearly 250,000 individual items. Supported TADSS belong to all training environments: Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming. The ATMP contract will sustain currently fielded TADSS, and new Program of Record (POR) TADSS fielded during the contract period of performance (POP).

ATMP support includes the following types of TADSS:

  • Ranges
  • Instrumentation Systems including at the Army’s Combat Training Centers
  • Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES) equipment including Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement Systems (MILES) and Air to Ground Engagement Simulators (AGES)
  • Homestation Instrumentation Training Systems (HITS)
  • Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT)
  • Engagement Skills Trainers (EST)
  • Gunnery Simulators
  • Maintenance Training devices
  • Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT) systems
  • Flight Simulators and Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainers (AVCATT)
  • Maneuver Combat Training Centers (MCTC) Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) TADSS
  • Numerous other training systems and devices

ATMP has a seven-year ordering period consisting of a base year plus six (6) one (1) year options. The total contract ceiling value is Not to Exceed (NTE) $3.5B. The prime contract number is W900KK-18-D-0018. This contract provides PULAU with the opportunity to continue to build on its decades of past success in supporting the U.S. Warfighter and the Warfighters of our Partner Nations.
